Delivery Delivery Time in the Beztroska Studio is:

-3-5 business days until shipping in the case of ready-made products from our store (in spring vests and hats we usually have "immediately" in the winter season winter sleeping bags and accessories are also usually in the warehouse)

-7-10 business days until shipped for custom-made products*.

* The delivery time has been flowing from the moment the payment is credited to the company account. In the season from March to Lipa and from September to November this time is usually 10 business days.

Beztroska workshop is located in Bielsko-Biała, at Gen. Maczka Street 9. We sew product personalized products .

Parents who are with us for the first time- we would like to inform you that the name is not sewn or embroidered anywhere. We write a personal ticket at the label for each order. After paying for the parcel and providing all necessary information, the order is accepted for implementation.
The duration of orders in the Beztroska is currently up to 10 business days.

Do you really sew all the products yourself or do you buy ready-made semi-finished products somewhere? Where do your fabrics come from?

All products are sewn by us, including pillows, sleeping bags and bags. We do not order semi-finished products - everything is sewn directly by us. Sleeping bag outer fabrics, zippers, accessories, labels and fillings come from a Polish manufacturer, we usually design patterned fabrics ourselves and print them in the best Polish printing house. We order fabrics/plastics for Dynactiv bags directly from Spain, because in our opinion their quality is the best compared to other manufacturers.

We do not buy ANY products outside the EU. We don't buy from China. :-)

We start processing the order only after receiving the payment, so it is not possible to send personalized products on delivery, but you can conveniently pay via Tpay or by payment/credit card on our website. For customers who prefer to make the transfer themselves, we send the bank account number along with the order by e-mail. You should then select the payment method "bank transfer".
