Lead time
Lead time is the number of working days from when your payment is received to when we ship your order. You can see the lead time of each product on its product page, and of the whole order in your basket.
Order lead time at the Beztroska workshop
Some products are ready and waiting in our stock room, and we make the rest to order - in the fabrics and cut you choose in the configurator. We start sewing once your payment is received, and we count the time in working days until shipping; the carrier's delivery time comes on top of that.
When your basket has both ready-made and made-to-order products, we ship everything together, once the last item is sewn.

Frequently asked questions about lead time
Why do made-to-order products take longer?
We make them from scratch only once your order is paid - in the fabrics and cut you choose. We do not buy in semi-finished products, everything is made in our workshop in Bielsko-Biała.
Can you speed up my order?
In exceptional cases, yes - write or call us before you place your order, and we will check if we can make it in time.
Do you sew on my child's name?
No - we do not sew or embroider names. With every order, you get a tag with your child's name, attached next to the label.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No - we start work on your order once your payment arrives. Payments in euros are made by bank transfer.
Where do your fabrics come from?
We make all our products ourselves. The outer fabrics, zips, trims, labels and fillings come from Polish manufacturers, and we usually design the patterns on our fabrics ourselves and have them printed at a Polish printing house. We do not buy anything from outside the European Union.
