The turnaround time at the Beztroska studio is as follows:
– 3-5 business days until shipment for ready-made products from our store (in spring we usually have vests and hats immediately available, and in winter, winter sleeping bags and accessories are usually also in stock)
– 7-10 business days to dispatch for made-to-order products*.
* Processing time begins upon receipt of payment in the company account. During the peak seasons of March to July and September to November, processing time is typically 10 business days.

Our Beztroska is located in Bielsko-Biała, at 9 Gen. Maczka Street. We sew personalized products to customer orders.
First-time parents, please note that the name is not sewn or embroidered. We print a personalized name tag on the tag for every order. After paying for shipping and providing all the necessary information, the order is accepted for processing.

Do you actually sew all your products yourself, or do you buy pre-made products somewhere? Where do your fabrics come from?

All products are sewn in-house, including pillows, sleeping bags, and bags. We don't order semi-finished products—everything is sewn directly from us. The sleeping bag outer fabrics, zippers, accessories, labels, and fillings come from a Polish manufacturer. We usually design our own patterned fabrics and print them at a top Polish printing house. We order the fabrics/materials for Dynactiv bags directly from Spain, as we believe their quality is superior to other manufacturers.
We do not buy ANY products outside the EU. We do not buy from China. :-)

We only begin processing your order after receiving payment, so we don't offer cash on delivery for personalized products. However, you can conveniently pay via Tpay or by credit/debit card on our website. For customers who prefer to make the transfer themselves, we send our bank account number along with your order via email. In such cases, please select "bank transfer" as the payment method.
