It begins at the stage of selecting materials and production techniques, which, combined with professional advice, will allow you to choose only the product you need. Extending the warranty to two years will ensure comfort and carefree use.   After this period, we will take care of every Carefree product that requires repair so that it will serve for many years to come.

You probably already know that:

– when you buy at Beztroska, you buy quality (all products are made of the highest quality certified fabrics and semi-finished products,
- now each purchase is covered by a two-year warranty * ,
– if during use your product suffers mechanical damage not covered by the warranty, you will be able to purchase from us repairs - we will do it professionally for a low fee (if it is not a warranty repair).
- we will always provide you with professional advice as parents who use our products. You will not make unnecessary purchases from us,
- our products are packed in biodegradable materials paper tapes, paper and uncolored logged cardboards, which are many times more ecological than white cardboards (paints are very toxic to the environment. We also encourage you to reuse them for your shipments).

Our carefree crew will come to your aid. Nobody can sew a zipper into your sleeping bag as nicely as our Kasia, believe us! The price of lock repair/replacement is PLN 45 including shipping costs*.

After the walk, you noticed that someone pulled the insert with all their strength and made a hole... It doesn't matter, if anyone can help, it's Wioletta. Repair price for an insert with mechanical damage (hole, tear, etc.) including shipping PLN 35*

Have you pulled the snaps out of your muff or gloves? That's OK, we'll fix it for you for PLN 18 including shipping costs*.
