Our goal is to ensure a consistent level of satisfaction throughout their use , both for you and for those you pass them on to once your children outgrow them. Sustainability is also extremely important to us , which is why we've decided to take another step towards achieving this goal.

Introducing "Forever Carefree!", a program to extend the life of Carefree products.

This begins with the selection of materials and production techniques, which, combined with expert advice, will allow you to choose only the product you need. Extending the warranty to two years ensures comfort and worry-free use.   After the warranty expires, we will take care of any Carefree product requiring repair, ensuring it serves you for years to come.

You probably already know that:

– When you buy from Beztroska, you buy quality (all products are made of the highest quality certified fabrics and semi-finished products),
– now every purchase is covered by a two-year warranty * ,
– if your product suffers mechanical damage during use that is not covered by the warranty, you can have it repaired by us – we will do it professionally for a small fee (if it is not a warranty repair).
– we will always provide expert advice to you as parents who use our products. You will not make unnecessary purchases with us,
– our products are packed from start to finish using biodegradable materials . We use paper tapes, paper, and undyed, logo-printed cardboard boxes, which are many times more ecological than white cardboard boxes (paints are very toxic to the environment). We also encourage you to reuse them for your shipments.

Oh look! Someone pulled with all their might and ripped/snagged the zipper on your sleeping bag . You know that?

Our beztroska crew will come to the rescue. No one can sew a zipper into your sleeping bag as neatly as our Kasia, trust us!

After your walk, you notice someone has pulled on the insole with all their might, creating a hole. It doesn't matter. If anyone can help, it's Wioletta. The cost of repairing an insole with mechanical damage (hole, tear, etc.) is 35 PLN.

Have you ripped a snap off your muff or gloves? That's fine, we'll fix it for you for 18 PLN.
