Cherry seed hot water bottle

To heat the hot water bottle, place the insert with the seeds in a microwave oven for 2-4 minutes or in an oven preheated to 100°C for 25-30 minutes. To obtain a cooling effect, place the insert in the freezer for 25-30 minutes
