Washing and care

  • Hand wash or machine wash on a wool cycle
  • Spin at low speed
  • Do not use bleach or fabric softener (do not use detergents containing citric acid)
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Iron at 110 degrees
  • Hand wash recommended at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees without soaking

Holds RWF certification. Merino wool is self-cleaning - if the product is not heavily soiled, simply airing it out is enough. There is no need to wash the product before its first use. It is recommended to use only wool detergents or a gentle baby shampoo. When machine washing, select a wool cycle, a temperature of 20/30 degrees, and a low spin speed. Machine washing is at the user's own responsibility (the manufacturer bears no responsibility for improper washing machine operation). Pilling of merino wool is a natural phenomenon resulting from shorter fibres coming to the surface and does not constitute a product defect. In the case of scoured wool, pilling is limited, but it may still occur in areas of friction (e.g., caused by footwear).
