Merino hats, balaclavas, neck warmers and headbands
Hats, neck warmers, balaclavas and scarves made of merino, muslin and cotton - for frosty walks, in-between days and summer sun.
Children's hats and neck warmers for every season
A good hat keeps the head warm without overheating it. We make them in everything from thick merino wool for frosty days to airy muslin for summer.
Merino hats and balaclavas for children - for every season
Merino regulates temperature and wicks away moisture, so the head does not sweat, even when your child is running around. The stretchy knit fits the head and neck without squeezing them.
For summer, we make hats and scarves from light merino with silk or from organic muslin.

Frequently asked questions about hats and neck warmers
Which balaclava size should I choose?
As a guide: a head circumference of 40-46 cm is the size for a child aged 1-2, and 48-52 cm for ages 3-6. Some models come in one size for ages 2-6, and we can also make a balaclava for an adult.
Will a merino hat be too warm?
Merino keeps you warm when it is cold and does not overheat you when it gets warmer, because it wicks away moisture. For spring, choose a lighter knit, and for summer, merino with silk or muslin.
Do you have hats and scarves for mums?
Yes - you will find headbands, scarves and hats for adults in the same category.
How do I wash a merino hat?
Ideally by hand at up to 30°C, without soaking. In the washing machine, choose the wool programme, 20-30°C and a low spin. You do not need to wash merino items before first use.
