Browsing the Shop's range and placing orders does not require registration.
In the case of a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality, registration in the Shop as well as all other actions of such an entity in the Shop may only be performed by a person who is authorised to perform on behalf of this entity all actions related to using the Shop (including registration) and to exercising all rights and obligations of this entity as a User (including a Customer).

Each login to the User account is performed using the details provided in the registration form.
Placing orders
General provisions
Information regarding goods available in the Shop does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code, but rather an invitation to submit offers (orders) by Users.
All prices are provided in Polish złoty or another currency selected by the User in the Shop menu and include VAT but do not include shipping costs.
Delivery costs depend on the size of the order and the destination country. The total cost of the order (i.e., the price of the products including delivery costs) is indicated before the User places the order.
By placing an order, the User submits an offer to purchase a specific good.
The User can place orders in the Shop 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, subject to other provisions of the Terms and Conditions, particularly those regarding technical breaks. Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the first working day following the day on which the order was placed.
All goods for sale include a detailed description of their properties. There is also the possibility of individually agreeing on the properties of the goods between the Buyer and the Seller, provided that such changes are possible due to the nature of the given good.
Placing orders for personalised products
In addition to ready-made universal products such as universal liners, footmuffs available in the current collection, stroller bags, and ready-made cushions, the Beztroska workshop makes products made to order. All products that are not ready-made products are not subject to return. Please note: making additional holes, e.g., for folding a stroller in a liner or footmuff, also results in the product being personalised. Therefore, if you are considering a return, please do not make any changes.
Legal Basis: The Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, art. 38), which states:
-Returns do not apply to specific properties of items subject to the contract which - in the event of withdrawal by the consumer from the contract - would make it impossible or significantly difficult for the entrepreneur to resell these items to another buyer, e.g., a contract where the subject of performance is a non-prefabricated item, produced according to the consumer's specifications or intended to satisfy their individualised needs.
Users may use the Shop, including entering into Sales Agreements, both after registering in the Shop and without registration.
In the event of registration, the User should log in to their User account in order to place an order.
A Customer entering into a Sales Agreement without registration is obliged to fill in all fields of the form correctly and to provide the data necessary to establish, determine the content, change, and properly execute the Sales Agreement entered into by the Customer in accordance with the actual facts.
The goods presented by the Seller - handmade products for children - are not ready-made products. The User orders a specific proposal from the seller or designs their own by selecting fabric patterns and colours. By using the order form, you are ordering a product sewing service according to your created design. The order is processed after confirmation and receipt of payment into our business account.
To place an order, the User places the product they intend to purchase (a made-to-measure liner, footmuff, bedding, hat, etc.) designed by themselves into the Virtual Basket. The User can freely manage the contents of the Virtual Basket by adding further goods or removing them from the Virtual Basket.
After the final selection of goods for purchase, the User is directed to an online form used for placing orders in the Shop. The order form may consist of individual forms used to specify:
- details for issuing an invoice for the goods,
- the delivery address,
- your little one's name (every product delivered to you will have a personalised dedication on the paper tag. We do not embroider names or stitch them onto the products).
The User confirms the order by clicking the "Order and pay" button,
Placing an order constitutes an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, made by the User to the Seller.
A confirmation of receipt of the order will be automatically sent to the User's e-mail address. Confirmation of receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance of the order for fulfilment.
If the order can be fulfilled, a message confirming the acceptance of the order for fulfilment (acceptance of the offer) will be sent to the User's e-mail address. In the event that the Seller finds that the order was placed incorrectly, the Seller will inform the User.
The contract is concluded at the moment the Seller sends information to the User regarding the acceptance of the order for fulfilment.
In the event that it is not possible to fulfil the Customer's order, the Seller will immediately inform the Customer of the situation by sending a message to the e-mail address specified by the Customer or by providing information via telephone to the number specified by the Customer.
If the Seller is unable to perform a service with properties individually ordered by the Customer due to a temporary impossibility of fulfilment, the Seller may, with the Customer's consent, perform a substitute service that corresponds to the same quality and purpose, at the same price or remuneration, or in another manner agreed upon by the parties.
The contract is concluded in Polish or in another language chosen by the User.

- via bank transfer to the following account:

A receipt is issued for every order. By placing an order, the User accepts the issuance of a receipt, which will be delivered along with the order. Upon the user's request, the company can issue a VAT invoice (this must be reported in the order notes, and the invoicing details must also be provided).
Failure to receive payment into the bank account or via one of the electronic payment systems accepted by the Seller at that time within 14 days from the date of order confirmation, in the event that prepayment was chosen as the form of payment, will result in the cancellation of the order.
All goods sold on the Shop's websites are new, made to the Customer's individual order. The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects. The Seller is liable for defects in the goods under the terms specified in the relevant legal provisions. The Adjustment of this liability is contained in the provisions of the Civil Code, specifically in Art. 556 and Art. 5561-5563 of the Civil Code.

Warranty and complaint provisions
The Seller ensures the Delivery of Goods free from physical and legal defects. The Seller is liable to the Customer if the Goods have a physical or legal defect (warranty).
If the Goods are defective, the Customer may:
a) declare a reduction in price or withdraw from the Sales Agreement, unless the Seller promptly and without excessive inconvenience to the Customer replaces the defective Goods with those free from defects or removes the defect.
This limitation does not apply if the Goods have already been replaced or repaired by the seller, or if the seller has failed to fulfil the obligation to replace the Goods with those free from defects or to remove the defects. Instead of the remedy proposed by the Seller, the Customer may request the replacement of the Goods with those free from defects or, instead of replacing the Goods, request the removal of the defect, unless bringing the item into conformity with the agreement in the manner chosen by the Customer is impossible or would involve excessive costs compared to the method proposed by the Seller. When assessing the excessiveness of costs, the value of the defect-free Goods, the type and significance of the identified defect, as well as the inconvenience that another method of redress would cause the Customer, are taken into account.
b) request the replacement of the defective Goods with those free from defects or the removal of the defect. The Seller is obliged to replace the defective Goods with those free from defects or to remove the defect within a reasonable time and without excessive inconvenience to the Customer.
The Seller may refuse to comply with the Customer's request if bringing the defective Goods into conformity with the Sales Agreement in the manner chosen by the Customer is impossible or, compared to the other possible method of bringing it into conformity with the Sales Agreement, would involve excessive costs. The costs of repair or replacement are borne by the Seller.
A Customer exercising their rights under warranty is obliged to deliver the defective item to the Seller's address. In the case of a Customer who is a Consumer, the cost of delivery is covered by the Seller.
Complaints
It is recommended that upon receiving the shipment, the Customer checks whether the external packaging has been damaged during transport. Damage to the shipment, including a broken seal (tape), is grounds for refusing to accept it from the courier. In such a situation, it is recommended that the Customer contacts the Seller as soon as possible.
After acknowledging receipt of the parcel, it is possible to open the parcel in the presence of the courier - if any discrepancies are found, a discrepancy report is drawn up.
Complaints may be submitted in writing to: Ilona Dziedzic, 9 Gen. Maczka St., 43-300 Bielsko-Biała - formularz-reklamacyjny-beztroska.pdf
To streamline the complaint procedure, it is recommended that when claiming purchased goods, the Customer provides proof of purchase or a copy thereof and specifies information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, particularly the type and date of the defect, the requested method for bringing the goods into conformity with the contract, and the Customer's contact details. If the customer does not have a receipt, please enter the order number on the complaint form. IMPORTANT: Please ensure that any product sent for a complaint is clean. The Guarantee for Beztroska products is 24 months from the date the goods were delivered to the customer.
A customer exercising their rights under the warranty is obliged to return the defective goods to the Seller.
The Seller will respond to the Customer's complaint within 14 calendar days and notify them whether the complaint has been accepted or rejected, as well as the further course of action.
In the event that a complaint submitted by the Customer is resolved in the Customer's favour, the Seller shall promptly replace the defective goods with defect-free ones or promptly remove the defects and return them at their own expense, and shall also refund the customer's return costs within 7 days to their bank account. In the event that it is impossible to replace the goods, remove the defect, or reduce the price, the Seller shall refund the amount promptly, no later than within 7 days.
Complaints regarding the provision of electronic services.
The Seller takes steps to ensure the fully correct operation of the Shop, to the extent resulting from current technical knowledge, and undertakes to rectify any irregularities reported by customers within a reasonable timeframe.
Irregularities related to the functioning of the shop may be reported by the Customer via email to: [email protected] . In the complaint, the Customer should provide their full name, correspondence address, and the type and date of the irregularity related to the functioning of the Shop.
