1. Type of footmuff: carrycot footmuff
Many parents wonder how to choose the right footmuff for their stroller. Such a footmuff should, above all, be adapted to your little one's age, the type of stroller you have, and, of course, the season. The footmuffs available in our range will allow for a perfect fit. A carrycot Robin Chudek autumn-winter footmuff for carrycots and car seats (waterproof) is a warm first footmuff, 80 cm in length, with a convenient hood that fastens with press studs. We do not recommend faux fur for this type of footmuff, as your little one's face would be very close to it while lying down. If you still desire a winter "look" for your stroller, you can order a stroller hood collar. It is attached using ribbons with integrated elastic-it fits any hood. You only need to provide the length. The Robin Chudek footmuff can also be successfully used in a 0-13 kg car seat, as it features a thinner layer on the back and special vertical belt openings (suitable even for car seats with 5-point harnesses). 2. Type of footmuff: pushchair footmuff
The next item that will appear on your little one's necessity list is a pushchair footmuff. Let's start with the fact that some parents who have a large 3-in-1 stroller decide immediately on a size M footmuff. Such a footmuff is sufficient up to 2 years of age and will accompany you in both a large carrycot and a pushchair. However, for children who have already turned 1.5 years old, it is worth purchasing the largest size, which is 110 cm. It will last until the end of the stroller stage, and perhaps later it can wait for a sibling? The autumn-winter stroller footmuff is lovely and warm (though not too warm-the most important thing is not to overheat our children); inside, it features a cotton velour lining (meaning not polyester), has convenient two-way zips (so you can also open it from the bottom to, for example, pull dirty boots out), features a detachable high-quality eco faux fur, a ribbed cuff on the hood and, importantly, special vertical belt openings-thanks to this, you can easily fit such a footmuff into any stroller, even those with integrated belts. An example of easy footmuff installation is the Cybex Priam or Cybex Balios S stroller.
3. Footmuff material.
Our footmuffs, hand muffs and gloves are sewn from waterproof fabrics with the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate. This means they are dyed with natural dyes and are safe for your little ones. If you dream of a footmuff in our patterns, it is worth looking at footmuffs made from softshell - they are also waterproof and possess the same properties as classic footmuffs.
4. Belt openings
Since 2018, our footmuffs have featured an innovative system of vertical openings for the harness. This means that our footmuffs fit every stroller model, and infant footmuffs fit every car seat, even those with 5-point integrated harnesses.
